We have a large membership and a Management committee of nine who meet on a Monthly basis to discuss and respond to issues as they arise.

Many of our members are with other local associations, so we often pursue issues with Council for mutual benefit.  Our committee gave full support for Paihia Planning Group, now in recess and we manage a substantial email list of everyone with any interest in Paihia Planning matters. As major planning issues arise, we canvas the area and our members for views, allowing us to pursue issues with “informed & considered” representative opinion.  Apart from this we work very closely with Business Paihia to allow ‘balanced’ views (Business/Residents) on local facilities, improvements, or developments, planned or desired. We publish occasional printed newsletters for information of paid-up members. Membership open to households and businesses ($15) and individuals ($10).
