Welcome to our B&B/Homestay set in four acres on the Waitangi River. Stroll through our native bush & gardens, home to many NZ birds including Moreporks.
You might like to feed our alpacas (Anzac & TimTam), sheep (#1 & #38) and Pollox the goat. Meet our personable cat, Panpoot.

We’ll happily advise you on local attractions and places to dine. We provide full breakfast and offer 3-course gourmet meals or single-course light meals.

Rain-water from our reservoir is UV sterilized/filtered. We are both “Kiwi” born & bred and have travelled throughout NZ, the Pacific and some parts of Europe.
Our rooms have a Private Deck, Ensuite (one with a large corner bath), TV/DVDs, Sofa, Tea/Coffee, Refrigerator and Wireless Broadband
